As our Quality Manager, you'll play a vital role in making this magic happen across our New Zealand network.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and site adherence to environmental and quality governance, and continuous improvement of site food safety, quality & environment
systems. You will also ensure product quality and delivery of customer and consumer requirements are met.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven people leadership, with experience developing and leading high performing, technical teams
- Your strategic mindset and pragmatic decision making
- Experience in utilising the Supply Chain Operating System/TPM to significantly eliminate waste and improve performance
- Champion of Quality best practices
- Experience within a manufacturing industry
- Tertiary qualification in science or other relevant fields
