You’ll be a key part of our Quality Management team who maintain the supply of great quality food from our suppliers to our stores.

About the role

•    Collaboratively partner with varied internal and external stakeholders

About you and your skills

This role will leverage your proven people leadership and management experience. Being part of a dedicated DC team couple with a continuous improvement mindset will enable success in this role.

You will also ideally have:

•    Strong team management and leadership experience to drive engagement and build on talent
•    Proven relevant industry experience in technical and quality roles, as well as comfort working in a chilled environment
•    Technical skills and know-how, coupled with knowledge of the Food Standards Code
•    Knowledge of and exposure to working with multiple products across produce and fresh foods
•    Cross functional influencing – work with product technologists, product developers and category managers
•    Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written
•    Effective resource management

Please note that applications will close on the 27th June.
