Quality Site Engineer

Position:
As a Site Quality Engineer specializing in BESS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Duties and Responsibilities
Follow up and maintain the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for the project.
Maintain the Site Quality Assurance Documentation (SQAD) at the site as part of the ITP plan.
Arrange quality inspections and related procedures for the site, including method statements and inspection records.
Ensure compliance with prevailing standards, statutory regulations, and contractual requirements for the specific jobsite.
Organize and maintain quality documentation and records at the site and in designated documentation systems.
Report and address all non-conformities identified on the jobsite, collaborating with site team members and processing them through internal NC systems (DCM).
Participate in handling contractual punch lists and open items lists for project delivery, as required.
Communicate and provide support to subcontractors and vendors regarding non-conformities and quality issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including suppliers and engineering teams, to address quality-related concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Electrical Engineers Preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance.
Proficiency in managing inspection and test plans.
Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies in construction and engineering projects.
Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE) is a plus.
