We are partnered with one of WA's best-known employers, for the recruitment of a Quality Officer, focusing on managing the food safety and quality assurance are covered effectively across all aspects of the business.
Some of the key points that you'll want to know:
Support the QA manager in managing the quality assurance programs for compliance to regulatory and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance of the food safety and quality management and food safety system to the highest standard.
Working collaboratively with other supplies for food safety, specifications, NPD and documentation.
Working collaboratively with other areas of the business to achieve company KPI's objectives.
Support a strong food safety culture with full implementation of all business expectations.
Contribute to training and induction for the site to ensure sufficient knowledge across the business.
In terms of your background, you'll ideally have:
Experience in food safety management.
Experience in HACCP in the seafood industry.
Has exposure to quality audits and the development of both raw and finished product specifications.
A suitable tertiary qualification
Proficient in Microsoft (Excel/ Word/ Outlook)
