Form of workSynergy Radiology has an opportunity for a Casual Medical Imaging Receptionist to join their team at our Rouse Hill Diagnostic Imaging practice.

As a Medical Imaging Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Providing information about procedures to patients
- Managing patient invoicing and receipting
- Making and answering telephones
- Provide general front desk administration / reception duties
- Provide general administrative support to other staff (including medical staff)
The successful candidate needs to possess the following attributes:
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
- Experience in Radiology will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Customer service and patient care orientated
- Empathetic and compassionate
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a busy cohesive team environment
- Organization and time management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Adept learner
