Harbour Radiology is a non-corporate Radiology practice with branches in North and South West Sydney.

This position is for 

1- Casual or  permanent full-time medical receptionist in Hoxton park area.

2-Casual or  permanent full-time medical receptionist in North Sydney area.

To be considered you must have:

• A high level of professionalism, excellent telephone manners, strong computer skills and abilities in dealing with various people in a complex environment.
• Experience in a medical or radiology practice will be highly regarded.
• A caring attitude that enjoys being part a team and a genuine care for patients.

About the role:

• Training provided by a friendly and supportive team.
• Answering the phone, welcoming and managing patients appointment
• Booking appointments and providing information about the radiology procedures to patients.
• Ability for learn fast and accurate typing.
• Greeting of patients on arrival of appointment
• Communication with medical practices, liaising with referrers, and patients.
• Managing invoicing/receipting including Medicare billing.
