Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised receptionist to join our team at Aspire. As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage
• Collect and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient patient flow
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record management

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (experience in a healthcare setting preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to customer service
