Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised receptionist to join our team at Aspire. As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Collect and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient patient flow
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record management
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (experience in a healthcare setting preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to customer service
