ABOUT THE POSITION:
Join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside team as an Advanced Booking Coordinator and you will be working across our spectacular Chermside location. This is a Part Time role, and you will be pivotal in assisting our patients and clinical teams in our Perioperative Services Team.

ABOUT YOU:
- Relevant qualifications in the specialised area
- Maintain a AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in an acute care setting, or similar environment
- Effective communications skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and creative approach to problem solving.
- The ability to manage conflict and sensitive situations professionally and efficiently.
- Intermediate computer literacy and data entry skills
- Sound knowledge of the current private hospitals working environment
- Broad administrative skills and experience with a high level of attention to detail

REMUNERATION:
The position of Advanced Booking Coordinator, in addition to our competitive salary packaging options, is a Classification/Grade with a base remuneration of $52.28 - $56.01 + superannuation based on experience level and relevant qualifications, exclusive of shift penalties or allowances.
