Due to internal advancement, we currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Full Time Service Bookings Coordinator to join our busy and dynamic Robina Bookings Team. Here you’ll be guiding customers seamlessly through the booking process along with providing pivotal support to our Service Departments.
While automotive industry experience is highly regarded, an upbeat disposition, warm impeccable phone manner, ability to learn/retain information and having a genuine love of helping people are paramount qualities we’re seeking for the role.

Reporting to our Loyalty & Communications Manager, the role involves you ensuring the best possible experience and outcomes for our guests with your day including but not limited to:
- Receiving and actioning a high level of inbound and outbound calls, being a welcome first point of contact for our Service Customers
- Assisting with phone and online Service Bookings, providing guest support and vehicle service coordination across all internal systems
- Ensuring all inbound and outbound communications are handled promptly and professionally across all platforms
- Assisting with DMS database management and service retention activities
- Assisting with various service administration support tasks
- Working with KPI’s and other performance outcomes
- Contributing to the positive team culture and the overall customer experience
Skills & Experience
- Previous work within a busy call centre or dealership environment, advantageous but not essential
- An upbeat disposition and a can-do attitude and outlook
- Professional written and verbal communication skills with a warm and personable phone manner
- Ability to retain, catalogue and recall important information
- Be an adaptable chameleon who can communicate across a range of different personality types
- Ability to work autonomously along with collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to problem solve, work well under pressure, and demonstrate conflict resolution capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to a job done right the first time
- Full time Monday – Friday with flexibility to work between the hours of 7am-5pm
