About the role
As the Railway Integrity and Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Integrity and reliability of our growing railway infrastructure. You will oversee the implementation of robust assurance processes, monitor compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the safety and efficiency of the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program.
Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include
• Write and develop the Railway Integrity assurance plan for rollingstock and infrastructure asset acceptance.
• Coordinate and take lead on stage gates, ensuring program status and frameworks are compliant with industry and state standards.
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory authorities, industry stakeholders, and third-party contractors to ensure alignment with Integrity and Assurance objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address integrity-related issues and implement corrective actions.

About you
• Extensive knowledge and experience in system engineering, risk management, assurance and governance principles.
• Extensive experience in railway operations, maintenance, or asset management, with a focus on Integrity and Assurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding performance targets and delivering exceptional results through proactive initiative, self-motivation, and a relentless drive for excellence.
