About the role
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of Council's property services and customer support initiatives. As a key team member, you will be responsible for maintaining property ownership records, processing Land Information Certificates, and handling Pensioner Rates Concession applications. Your role extends to providing valuable support to the Customer and Rating Services team, ensuring a seamless experience for ratepayers.
This role not only involves essential administrative tasks but also presents an opportunity to problem-solve and provide support to various members of the Rates team. Your dedication and expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring effective property management and customer satisfaction.
About you
We are seeking a candidate with strong management skills, including effective time management and the ability to achieve successful outcomes efficiently within established standards and timelines. The ideal candidate will support a collaborative and values-based culture, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, routine correspondence preparation, and the ability to gain cooperation from diverse stakeholders. Experience in CRM, SharePoint, Open Office Property system, Tech One, and day-to-day rating functions are essential
