We are seeking candidates for a Rates Officer role this role is based Western Suburbs of Perth.
The opportunity is for 3-4 months. Location: Western Suburbs Pay rate: Pay rate Super dependent on experienceStart date: ASAP Full Time or Part Time hours available
The duties will include:
- Monitor overpayments and short paid accounts, processing refunds or generating reminders where appropriate.
- Liaise with and assist internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries, maintain workflows, database orders and requisitions.
- Administer, monitor and maintain payment arrangements.
- Resolve rate enquiries and process payments in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate rates settlement statements arising from changes in ownerships and liaise with Customer Experience regarding orders and requisitions.
