Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our Sales administration and Accounts team.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding in accounts processes, with a focus on Real Estate transactions. This role will involve reviewing invoices relating to our Sales and Marketing department, calculating marketing spends for recent sales and reconciling accounts.
 

Monday, Thursday and Friday - 9.30am - 2.30pm.

(Working days/times can be flexible)


Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing supplier invoices
  • Calculating marketing spends for the sales properties
  • Assisting with Sales Administration 
  • Liasing with trust accounts and suppliers
  • Review invoices and expenses in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar accounting/administration role in the Real Estate sector
  • Understanding of accounts process 
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
