We are looking for someone who has problem solving and attention to detail skills. Due to the growth of our business, we are looking for someone to become our next body corporate manager.

- Build trusting relationships with your clients and become the go-to person for solving complex issues
We support your development through a 1-3 month tailored training program to give you the skills to become our next body corporate manager. As a body corporate manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding your client's needs and providing tailored solutions
- Chairing and running annual general meetings (starting at 5:30PM, you'll get time off in lieu for the additional hours)
- Preparing budgets and explaining financial statements to owners
- Managing repairs and maintenance of common areas
- Educating residents on their rights and responsibilities as a member of an Owners Corporation
The successful applicant will have a willingness to learn and an open mindset. They will have experience working in an office and managing multiple priorities and a variety of tasks. In return, you’ll get:
