Seeking a highly organised and dependable Executive Assistant who will be able to prioritise a busy workload, executing tasks efficiently and accurately under pressure. As well as having superior interpersonal and communication skills, you must also have managerial competency and be able to support the objectives and values of both the company and the executive(s) you work for.
In addition to these qualities, it is important that the individual for this role possesses excellent time management skills, can prioritise tasks effectively and is comfortable liaising with people at all levels within the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing reports and documents
- Accepting and making phone calls and emails on behalf of the executive
- Handling correspondence directed to the executive.
- Managing office documentation, filing and databases.
- Producing reports
- Managing email requests promptly
- Sorting incoming mail
