Nichols Crowder is a continually growing company with plenty of career progression to offer. This exciting position is located in our Carrum Downs office, accounts department.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Invoicing
- Rent increases
- Receipting
- Owner/ Creditor payouts
- Entering creditor invoice such as council/ water etc
- Scanning invoices
- Receipting
- Processing landlord payments/ statements
- Issuing tenant tax invoices
- Bond lodgements and bond recalls
- Follow up on unpresented cheques
- Preparing EOFY statements for landlords
- Assisting property managers with any landlord tenant queries
- Rent increases - CPI and Fixed letters to landlord's and tenant's
- Speak to authorities and arrange for notices to be sent to the office
- Adhoc accounts duties
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- The deal candidate will have commercial trust accounting experience with a strong background in data entry.
- You will be organized, self - motivated with a strong work ethic
- Be willing to help in both the Property Management and sales and leasing department with any accounts related queries and complete in a timely manner
- Experience with GOAT or RPoffice preferable
