Your New Opportunity
We are currently looking to grow our team and are looking for experienced professionals across all levels to lead and deliver important projects within the Real Estate space. You will have the opportunity to work across policy and strategy, planning, business case and program/project management engagements for a diverse range of infrastructure and Real Estate projects in Queensland.
Specific skills will include:
- Commercial Property Valuation
- Commercial Market Analysis
- Lease and Contract Negotiation
- Regulatory Compliance in Commercial Sector
- Digital Proficiency in Commercial Real Estate Platforms, such as Estate Master
- The ability to navigate city-specific zoning laws, commercial property guidelines, and tax implications is also imperative to be successful in this type of business
- Managing the on-time and on-budget delivery of engagements including the preparation and management of project plans, cost models, schedule, risk/issue registers, reporting and invoicing
- Opportunities to undertake or learn business development activities including engaging with current and potential future clients and tracking potential engagement opportunities
- Development and implementation of engagement pursuit strategies, preparation of proposals and managing tender processes
- Sharing your awareness of the broader market environment and industry trends
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, project stakeholder, project partners and broader industry
- Contributing to team planning, development and maintenance of a high performance culture, including coaching and mentoring supporting L&D initiatives
- Any other business development, project delivery and team management activities as required supporting the efficient management of the team.
You'll have ideally have tertiary qualifications in either town planning, property economics or other Real Estate focussed degrees. Additionally experience in project and/or program management and business cases within the Real Estate sphere is important.
You will bring with you:
- Strong collaboration skills having worked across multi-disciplinary teams involved in the delivery of infrastructure planning studies, technical reports and/or business cases
- Previous experience and exposure to general Real Estate Advisory and Real Estate consulting for government and or the private sector
- Capability in providing planning and development advice and completing valuations
- Well-developed report writing, Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Effective engagement and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
