The Company

THE ROLE
Experienced Real Estate professional with a strong desire to further your career! The role will involve listing, marketing and selling Real Estate, creating, and maintaining relationships with clients, prospecting using various methods to cultivate your client base, conducting open homes & attending appointments.
• Sales Results – defining and ensuring achievement of KPI’s, creating prospecting plans, conducting appraisals
• Compliance - Ensuring legislative compliance and upholding the company’s brand integrity
• Systemisation – contribute to evaluation and implementation of operating systems and procedures
• Group Growth - Staying abreast of market movements to drive expansion of the business and grow market share.
WHAT YOU NEED
Coming from a Real Estate background (minimum 3 years), you will be an inspirational sales agent with previous experience in Real Estate or property-focused sales team to achieve strong profitability. You will also have a demonstrated ability to work with a range of personalities (and skill levels) and improve performance.
You will potentially be working under a listing director and feel that you deserve the chance to be the lead agent in an office.
Preference will be given to those with a Real Estate License and Auction accreditation.
While it is preferred that you have a good knowledge of the Northern NSW Region, the traits that are of paramount importance are strength of character, passion, integrity and a desire for excellence.
