The position
Working in a dynamic team of real estate professionals, the role successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Liaising with vendors and arranging marketing appointments
- Liaising with solicitors & conveyancers for contracts and preparation
- Writing up property advertisements
- Organising open for inspections
- Database management
- Buyer enquiry auditing
- Settlement handover and gift handling
- Preparing vendor reports
- Managing social media of the agent and their team, including daily activity & scheduling
- Sales invoicing where necessary

This position is a full time role working Monday to Friday and will be based at the Ray White Willowdale office. Previous real estate experience will be highly regarded.
