The Opportunity:
The Projects and Energy Transition team is looking for a Real Estate and DevelopmentSenior Associate with experience in property development, construction and infrastructure projects.
Ashurst's Projects and Energy Transition team ensures the successful delivery of projects by providing timely, innovative and commercially astute legal solutions. The team brings together a wide range of legal experts with extensive experience in infrastructure-related transactions.
Our team regularly advises the government and the private sector on their most complex projects across multiple jurisdictions and sectors. This gives our team a thorough understanding of the most challenging business issues in the market and our clients benefit from one of the most experienced teams of lawyers in the sector worldwide.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5 + years' PAE property, construction or projects experience gained within private practice or in-house;
- Superior contract drafting ability;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills;
- Ability to be team-focused and also work independently;
- Ability to supervise and nurture junior lawyers;
- Ability to escalate issues to the responsible partner as and when required;
- A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and, a desire to interact with the market and build client relationships.
