Role Description
- Selling our flagship Carlingford Development
- Conducting buyer inspections and display suite appointment
- Prospecting new buyers and lead nurturing to build client database.
- Managing and refreshing online listings to accurately reflect dates and property information.
- Generating feedback reports to improve sales initiative and improve the sales process.
- Assisting with the negotiation and closing of sales contracts including legal requirements.
Role Requirements
- Certificate of Registration
- Previous experience in Project Sales
- A high level of personal presentation
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not essential
