We are a reputable Real Estate Company based in the Western Suburbs, offering a Full Time Property Management position to the right candidate.
Duties/ Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Liaising with both landlords and tenants
- Contacting owners in relation to maintenance
- Organising work orders to contractors/trades to attend to maintenance
- Quarterly routine inspections
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Finalising and refunding of bonds
- Carrying out open inspections to find potential tenants for properties
- Processing of applications
- Approving and signing up tenants and explaining requirements under the Act
- Rental arrears
- Filing
- Other general office duties
- Conduct appraisals
Skills & Experience
Working in this role you must be well organised, proficient and have the ability to prioritise. Managing a busy workload you must be able to work efficiently and accurately at all times. Attention to detail is a must as well as a professional, yet casual and friendly approach.
It is essential you must have;
- Property Management experience
- Property Management Licence
- Current drivers licence
- Intermediate or advanced computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience using Property Tree & Property Inspection Manager (PIM) will be looked upon favorably
