Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative support to our Real Estate agents, including crafting compelling listing presentations, coordinating open houses, and managing vital sales documentation.
- Property Preparation: Collaborate with stylists, cleaners, and handymen to ensure all properties are impeccably presented, maximising their appeal for viewings and inspections.
- Listing Management: Utilize REX software to assist in the creation, update, and management of property listings across diverse platforms, ensuring broad visibility and engagement.
- Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, organizing viewings, responding to inquiries, and providing seamless service.
- Database Management: Ensure the integrity and accessibility of client and property databases, keeping information up-to-date and readily available.
- Transaction Coordination: Facilitate the smooth progression of sales transactions from start to finish, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure timely and successful closings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative duties.
