Responsibilities:
Team Player: Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support and ensure smooth Real Estate transactions.
Banking: Handle financial transactions, deposits, and manage banking-related tasks for property transactions.
Computer Processing: Utilize computer software and tools to process Real Estate documents, manage databases, and assist in creating reports.
Filing: Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for property documents, contracts, and client information.
Communication Skills: Interact professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders through various communication channels.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all documentation and contracts, paying close attention to details to prevent errors.
Organizational & Multitasking Skills: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize work, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
Time Management: Meet deadlines and work under time constraints to support the timely completion of Real Estate transactions.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Office Support: Assist in day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting team members as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in Real Estate or administration is a plus.
Previous experience in Real Estate administration or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Real Estate software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
