We are currently looking for an Entry Level or Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join the team.

We welcome candidates with a minimum of 12 months' experience in Real Estate Sales, however, we are also open to individuals new to the industry who are eager to learn and grow with us. All applicants must hold an Agent's Representative, Certificate of Registration, or Real Estate Licence. Applicants will also be legally entitled to work in Australia and possess a valid driver's licence.

This role will involve:

• Establishing yourself as a market leading agent in listing and selling established properties.
• Preparing listing presentations.
• Facilitating preparation of pre-market tasks such as property staging, campaign photos, floorplans, etc. (administration support provided).
• Facilitating post-sale appointments including valuations and pre-settlement inspections.
• CRM database management, prospecting, just listed and just sold calls to establish self/brand presence in the area.
• Conducting Open for inspections and following up buyer requirements
• Handling documentation (offers, contracts, authorities etc, (administration support provided).
