An opportunity to work closely with one of Victoria's top Sales Agents! Look no further! We are searching for a Real Estate Sales professional who can take on the administrative requirements in scheduling and planning the busy weekly schedule of a high performing Sales Agent.

Our client are a boutique Real Estate office located in Melbourne’s Inner-North, surrounded by trendy cafes, boutiques, and green spaces ensuring something new to always explore during lunch breaks or after work, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the calendar appointments of the lead Sales Agent.
- Handling communications via email, calendar, phone enquiries for the lead agent during their absence from the office.
- Compiling run sheets for open inspections scheduled for the week.
- Organizing open inspection packs, including property keys.
- Collecting appraisal packs.
- Generating vendor reports throughout campaigns.
- Coordinating appointments prior to campaign launches (eg, styling, photography)
- Managing the database by identifying, qualifying, and categorizing contacts in the CRM system.
- Sending out regular newsletters to the database.
- Attending final inspections and property valuer appointments.
- Assisting in preparing necessary sales documentation (eg, authorities, contracts)
- Providing support for mid-week and Saturday inspections.
- Ability to adapt to change in an unpredictable workday.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong aptitude for time management.
- You MUST love Real Estate and know WHY you do it.
- Proficient in computer literacy, processes, and systems (Agentbox)

- Attention to detail, Initiative, driven and proactive approach.
- Previous Real Estate experience is preferred.
