Real Estate Sales Agent

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Sales agent in the home building or Real Estate industry, with a strong understanding of residential construction processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Overseeing the display home is kept maintained to the highest of standards
• Prepare sales tender requests, including performing site inspections if necessary and attending representation of the tender to the customer in line with company procedures.
• Ability to listen to clients' needs and preferences and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client meetings as needed

• Selling contract homes, house and land packages and display homes.

• Generating leads by engaging customers within the display homes

• Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets

• Showing clients around the Display Home and explaining options and standard features.

• Manage CRM database & ensure data entered is accurate
• Working with clients to develop specific customer requirements and specifications
• Ability to read and interpret plans. 
• Strong computer knowledge and attention to detail
