You will work in a very structured office that has procedures in place to help you become a successful Sales Agent. You will have complete one on one training with the extremely successful Director to ensure you can be the best of the best!
- All aspects of prospecting
- Attend open homes & auctions
- Buyer appointments
- Liaise with buyers
- Build your career and area profile
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Monitoring email inquiries
- Booking market appraisals
- Liaising with solicitors for contracts of sale
- Attending Property Auctions
- Liaising with vendors, tenants, and tradespeople
- With the competitive base salary or retainer and commission structure on offer, easily earn six figured in your first year!
- Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Property Services
- Drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Clear Police Check
- An insatiable urge to be the best of the best
