Role & Responsibilities:
- General Administrative duties including email enquiries & Personal Assistant duties
- Ensure all legislative obligations are met
- Assistance with processing and following up on maintenance requests
- Preparing meeting documents and minutes
- General typing, scanning and photocopying of documents
- Attending to customer queries via email, phone or in person
- Assist in maintaining records and statutory deadlines (insurance, inspections etc.)
- Strong administration experience is essential!
- Strata experience essential
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Solid computer skills, and ability to learn new strata system.
- Professional telephone manners and skills.
- Willingness to learn and be a team player.
