Excellent opportunity for experienced Real Estate agents to work with a dynamic start-up on some of the best projects in Melbourne. The position is responsible for selling off-the-plan and completed residential projects, including apartments, townhouses, houses, etc., to deliver against key sales objectives and targets.

We deliver tailored sales and project marketing solutions for our clients by truly understanding each project and its financial objectives Our Directors are hands-on and involved in all aspects of service delivery including sales.
Key Responsibilities and Specific Tasks
- Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and presentations to highlight the attributes and advantages of the projects or properties.
- Provide excellent customer service to all potential clients and homebuyers throughout the entire customer journey.
- Respond promptly to all potential client leads, following the provided sales protocols and expectations.
- Deliver high sales conversion rates from the abovementioned leads.
- Actively participate in project briefings and team dining events.
- Ensure effective and professional handling of sales contracts and other administrative matters, with support from the Sales Administration Team.
About You
You will be a highly polished, self-motivated individual with a strong passion. Ideally, you have held a similar role in the upcoming residential projects industry. Your highly polished negotiation skills, intrinsic determination for success, and ethical and personal demeanor will be evident in your work.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Holds a valid Victorian Real Estate License or Certificate 4 (Agents Representative).
- At least one year of experience in residential project sales & additional sales experience is advantageous.
- Possession of a current driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, business, or marketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in off-the-plan property sales or a comparable role.
- Thorough understanding of the Melbourne Real Estate market and trends in property development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other essential Real Estate tools.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Valid driver's license and access to dependable transportation.
