With a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, and the potential for substantial additional income through a lucrative commission structure, this role promises exceptional earning potential and serves as an invaluable training ground for aspiring sales agents.
Primarily administrative in nature, with a focus on buyer engagement, your responsibilities will include:
- Accompanying clients to appointments, including final inspections and pest inspections
- Generating vendor reports
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing pre-listing kits, market reports, and proposal documentation
- Managing email, face-to-face, and phone enquiries
- Following up with buyers post-Saturday inspections
- Nurturing buyer relationships
- Conducting open inspections and private viewings
- Coordinating photographer appointments
- Ensuring compliance with Real Estate Legislation
- Assisting with REIV documentation
- Key management
- Attending property auctions
- Handling diverted phone calls when necessary
