We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join a young and vibrant team in the automotive space. This is a completely warm sales role suited to someone who can build relationships and close sales over the phone and in person.
Our client is currently expanding their presence globally and are looking for growth orientated individuals with strong career goals.
You will receive full training from the regional manager, access an Employee Share Scheme and receive a generous novated lease.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing inbound inquiries and calls (around 10 per day)
- Closing and actioning support tickets.
- Manage incoming sales calls and utilise product knowledge to support business growth.
- Gather customer feedback and recommending adjustments to products and processes.
- Offering recommendations for product enhancements based on local trends, feedback, and market insights
- Assisting in the handling member inquiries, complaints, and conflicts
- Support the site manager in daily operations
- Experience delivering high quality customer service and resolving complaints and taking feedback.
- Automotive industry experience would be nice but not required!
