We have partnered with a leading agency in the Eastern Suburbs who are looking for the right person to join their sales team for the long term.  The ideal candidate will be looking for an opportunity to learn and grow, while building their own client base for the future. 

The Role:

• Working alongside a leading Director to assist in all aspects of running their campaigns
• Opportunity to work on high end listings
• Complete involvement in the listing and sales process
• Buyer management including negotiation
• Opportunity to prospect and build own client base from existing listings and buyer data
• Ability to run your own listings with full commission split
• Commissions payable on every listing you are involved in
• Opportunity for future equity for the right person

Your Qualifications:

• Agents Rep Certificate or Full Licence (preferred)
• Proven experience as a sales EA or as a STAND ALONE AGENT with a track record of success.
• Drivers License and reliable car. 
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Passion for customer service
• Strong desire to make your mark in Melbourne Real Estate
