Real Estate experience is not essential however appropriate skills and experience within a similar environment are advantageous.
Your duties will include:
• Client prospecting and gathering market intelligence
• Develop marketing materials and handle buyer enquiries
• Working with clients for successful property sales
• Assist with open homes, inspections, and appraisals
• Network and manage databases
• Pre-settlement inspections and follow-ups
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
• A commitment to complete a Certificate of registration ASAP plus complete a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• A focused, driven, and motivated personality
• High level of problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Be process driven with a strong attention to detail
• Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
