We are a leading Real Estate office in Melbourne's Bayside suburb of Sandringham, with a dynamic group of professional sales people.
An opportunity is available now to join one of our dynamic top sales performers, as Administration support working Monday to Saturday, excluding Thursdays.
This role will be busy as you report directly to the director and assist with:
- Prospecting
- Managing sales files
- Assisting with Appraisals and Listings
- Preparation of sales collateral and materials
- Client liaison
- Database management
- Coordinating marketing and advertising for listed properties
- Organising client gifts and events
- Managing social media
- General administration
- CRM Management and updates
Ideally, the right candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role but this is not required. Attention to detail is a must along with a "can do", happy disposition and the ability to work effectively within a demanding and fast-paced environment. Driver's license and car essential as you will be required to visit property listings.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturdays 9am - 2pm and Thursdays off!
