We have an incredible opportunity for a motivated individual to join our most successful team (Team Rigopoulos/Beavis) as an Executive Assistant/Sales Consultant.
Working closely with Paula Beavis you will work across both administrative and sales tasks. Saturday work is required for this role to assist with Open For Inspections, working with some of the Inner North's finest homes.
This role is fast-paced and would suit someone who is looking to elevate their real estate career. You will learn, develop and receive mentoring from some of the industry's most successful agents.

About the role
Working across both administrative and sales tasks, the main components of this role are;
- Managing diaries, emails and calendars
- Completing sales administrative tasks
- Preparing sales appraisals and listing presentations
- Co-ordinating with vendors, buyers and external suppliers
- Co-ordinating advertising and marketing
- Co-ordinating and managing Open For Inspections
- Processing sales files, ensuring compliance
- Organising auction day services
- Pre and post client care
- Market research and associated reports
About you
With a commitment to going above and beyond in your work, you will have;
- 1-2 years + working as an Executive Assistant to either an individual or a team
- 6 months + Real estate experience is essential
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly written communication
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Smart personal presentation
- An Agents Representative Certificate or a Real Estate License is required for this role
