About the Role
Several opportunities are available for successful applicants to join our dynamic and growing sales teams across the ACT and surrounding region.
- Prospect, list, negotiate and sell properties
- Arrange and conduct market appraisals
- Attend private appointments and open homes
- Respond to buyer inquiries and qualifying buyers
- Manage the sale process from listing, exchange to settlement
- Provide feedback to vendors and buyer follow-up
- Advertise and promote yourself to the community
- Build, grow and nurture a database
Your Ideal Background
- 1+ years in a Real Estate environment or
- 1+ years in a sales-oriented role
- Not afraid of talking to new clients
- Confident on the phone
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proven track record in meeting targets & deadlines
- Real Estate registration (or able to undertake an online course)
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Full Drivers Licence & own reliable vehicle
