We are looking to recruit to cover the retirement of long serving sales people within our company.
Real estate can be a very robust world as we assist clients to find solutions for their needs. Your success is measured by ability to convert opportunity to results with excellent communication and persistence. Our aim is to guide our team with solid support tools and training to ensure their success.
We are a well established business covering all aspects of real estate that being sales, property management, finance broking and settlement services. We are able to offer a full support package for our clients’ needs which is a rare offering.
We provide full support to our sales for the basic necessary tools as well as marketing support to help create opportunities for future success.
Ideally you reside in either the Swan, Mundaring, Kalamunda or Bassendean Shires to have local knowledge. This position is a base salary plus commission and incentives package. Experience in the industry with current registration is preferable but not essential. You must though be prepared to obtain your registration.
