We are looking for a vibrant and confident professional with experience in Real Estate administration.
You will be the driving force that keeps this top performing team's day in order. This autonomous role will see you utilise your administration and organisational skills daily.
The successful candidate will commence employment in our Noosa Heads office. We require someone who is confident to take this role on as their own and work seamlessly with the support of our administrative staff and agents.
Position duties are as below but not limited to:
- Support a team of sales agents
- Handling sales administration processes from Form 6 through to Contract and Settlement
- Arranging and ordering of all marketing for listings
- Data entry and maintaining all databases with accurate and current data
- Uploading properties on Real Estate websites
- Creation of vendor marketing invoices
- Open house folder maintenance for agents
- Designing and producing marketing material
- Managing phones and delegating sales enquiries
- Answering of phones and general administration duties
- Managing front reception desk and walk in enquiries
- Liaising with solicitors, buyers and sellers
- Receipting money received in Trust Account for marketing and Sales deposits
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of reception, window displays and office areas
- Any ad hoc duties as required
Minimum required Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a Real Estate Sales administration role is essential
A high level knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Exceptional customer service experience
Superb time management and organisational skills
Professional written and oral communication skills
Exhibits an exceptional work ethic
Immaculate and professional presentation
Strong attention to detail
Experience with the following programs is ideal but not essential:
Esales
Console
Realworks
RP Data
Required Qualifications:
Current Queensland Drivers Licence
Real Estate Registration Certificate
Preferred Start: Open to discussions.
Salary: Salary based on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
