All high flying Real Estate agents started somewhere. They all began doing the grunt work.  It was tough, however, in time, with the right leadership, the rewards were reaped.

That being said, Real Estate sales is still probably the quickest way to six figures without going FIFO.We are looking for the hard worker, the hidden charisma, the teachable natural talent that we can mould into a champion. The ideal candidate

• Has their Real Estate registration and up to date CPD
• Has intentions for a Real Estate sales career
• Has exceptional phone manner and personal presentation
• Enjoys talking to people they don't know
• Has a ‘do what it takes’ attitude

Real estate sales is a rewarding career for those that have a great work ethic and are prepared to alter their perspective a little and can learn from those who know.
