We are currently seeking, Real Estate Trainees/ Conjunction and Sales Commission Only Agent's / Office Allrounders and Property Management Officer Roles to join and be a part of our team.
This role will require a combination of office-based tasks and on-the-road work offering a diverse work environment.
The Role:
Conducting Rental / sales appointments
Ensuring that the properties are kept up to satisfactory standard and booking sales appointments for new homes coming to market.
Assisting the Property Management and Sales teams when required
Meet and greet customers.
Book Appointments
Compiling reports for sales and rentals
Attend all weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Adhoc duties
Social Media marketing
Answer and assist our hands on director with daily tasks.
Sales and Rental Prospecting and daily duties
About you:
You'll be a motivated, can-do team player, humble and help your team.
Have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents Licence or be willing to obtain.
Brilliant opportunity for an entry level role position into Real Estate.
You'll have a gratitude to helping clients with their new home journey.
Outstanding communication skills and computer knowledge
Genuine passion for Real Estate that you'll demonstrate to our clients being humble and respective to all.
