Real Estate Trust Accountant - South East - Junior Or Senior Experience

Experienced Real Estate Trust Accountants | Range from $70k-$95k+Super | Monday to Friday | Open to 6 months Experience or Senior Level

Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking their next superstar to join their team. Salary ranging from $55K - 70K+ (Junior) Up to $95K+Super (Senior). Depending on your level of experience.

The Role;

• Day to day Trust Accounting
• EOM, bank reconciliations, management reports
• Daily receipting and reconciling for REST, RPData, PropertyTree, Palace & Console clients (Property Management & Sale Trust Accounts)
• Manage administration tasks
• Processing owner and creditor payments

About You:

• General Accounting and Xero knowledge highly regarded
• Trust Accounting experience
• Work well under pressure
• Work in Fast-Paced Environment
• Have excellent time management skills
• Can multi -task and prioritise
• Ability to pick up new programs quickly and troubleshoot software issues
• High Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and client building skills
• Knowledge of either Console, RP Office, MYOB, XERO or Strata Master is highly regarded
