Commercial Real Estate Trust Accountant
We are looking for a dedicated Trust Accountant to join our team at Gorman Commercial Real Estate!
Are you passionate about numbers and detail-oriented work? Do you have experience managing trust accounts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations? If so, we want you to be a part of our dynamic Trust Accounting Team.
As a Trust Accountant at Gorman Commercial Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining trust accounts, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure all financial activities comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
Your duties will include the processing of creditor and tenant invoices, landlord statements, online banking, setting up of new tenancies and the lodgement and retrieval of bonds.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in trust accounting, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Goat) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
