Full Time Reception / Admin / Customer Service
The role will involve:
- Answering phone calls from customers.
- Following up on phone queries.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing and status of orders.
- Inputting and invoicing orders.
- Dealing with freight enquiries and freight companies.
- Assisting with showroom and online sales.
- Assist with other duties where required.
- Ability to work 38 hours per week.

- Be willing to learn through on the job training
- Knowledge of automotive industry and cars is a bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Neat and tidy appearance
- A friendly attitude
