White Cross Healthcare Solutions is a 25 year plus locally owned home health, rehabilitation and mobility equipment business based in Geelong. We supply healthcare items of all types to the public, private homes, hospitals, and aged care facilities.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Front of House/Reception role is the pivotal start to building and sustaining long term relationships with our customers. Integral to the role is the ability to understand and communicate effectively White Cross Healthcare Solutions Services. The role is responsible for delivering a face-to-face customer focused service, communicating with customers, and ensuring our customers have the best experience.
THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
Customer & Stakeholder Focus
- Be first point of contact for face-to-face retail customer service.
- Assisting with incoming phone calls, and online enquires.
- Focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Process all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner as required.
- Collaborate and assisting the Customer Solutions team to achieve results.
- Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Maintain high standard relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
- Experienced in similar role
- Exhibit superior customer service skills
- Knowledge of Office365

Hours of employment will be Full time Monday -Thursday (8:30am-5pm), Friday (8am -4pm) & Saturday (9am-12pm – Roster basis)
