Medical Reception

Scoliosis Physiotherapy is a caring team of practitioners passionate about helping people with structural scoliosis.  Based in East Kew, we are Australia’s longest established physiotherapy practice dedicated exclusively to this field. Clients are of all ages, with pretty much a 50/50 split between adolescents and adults.

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team on a casual or part-time basis, 1-2 days per week.

Our practice and reception area is beautifully spacious, with high ceiling and loads of natural light.  We have private off-street parking and a courtyard for staff, as well as bus and tram public transport options.

We are a friendly welcoming team who are committed to high quality service. We strive for a caring, happy and professional work environment. 

We are seeking an experienced and naturally friendly receptionist to join our team. 

To succeed in this role you will:

• have a warm, welcoming and friendly nature
• possess excellent verbal, telephone and computer skills
• be well organised with strong prioritisation skills
• demonstrate a strong work ethic
• have previous Medical Receptionist experience
• have knowledge of Medicare and PHI processes 
• be well presented

Experience with Nookal Practice Managment Software is preferred but not essential.
