We are looking for an office all rounder extraordinaire who is a team player looking for a diverse role to join our team. The position is for full time Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00.
Your skills will be applied to the day to day administration requirements within our sales/marketing and property management teams. This position has growth for that enthusiastic person eager to learn.
Tasks include:
- Reception – answer incoming calls and walk in customers
- Administration support providing a broad range of support to all teams
- Marketing – social media, advertising, our own magazine and more
- Monitoring of stationery and office supplies
Skills for the above tasks are essential and real estate experience will be highly regarded. We will however consider entry level applicants with little experience but a desire to enter the industry.
Tasks for the future could include:
- IT- general support and liaising with IT team
- Implementation and supervision of company policies and procedures
- Weekly department reporting
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Great customer service
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to handle and resolve issues
- Attention to detail
- Time management to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Professional presentation with the right attitude
