The Administration Assistant will report to the Business Director in a fast paced, fast growing catering business. The right candidate must be able to work independently in this dynamic environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism. The successful candidate will ensure all aspects of the office run smoothly and be a main point of contact for our clients.

Duties:
Answer telephone calls and provide information and advice on products and services. First point of contact with clients, suppliers and visitors. General correspondence with clients and suppliers.
Prepare quotes and orders for client's functions and events.
Accurately take down and process customer orders; ensuring all information is correct and confirmed with clients, through our online ordering and file management system.
Assist Management in organising and preparing for functions, including preparing running sheets, organising access to site, and delivery for clients, liaising with clients, organising staff for functions.
Work with management to achieve goals and tasks. Assist in ensuring the company's reputation is upheld and doing your upmost to ensure orders and procedures run smoothly.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Ability to work in fast paced environment, with high call volume and client requests.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively.
Good attention to detail
Intermediate Microsoft Office experience with good computer skills.
