Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day reception duties, professionally administering member enquiries, and playing an active role in the facilitation of Members’ Events. You will also manage and attend New Member Engagement and Activation Events as required, host Club Orientation Tours, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payment of Member accounts.
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in Membership/Customer service, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in a private members club and Northstar software would be an advantage.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
